You can use our mobile applications to:

The Security Centre will acknowledge receipt of a Check in, but not take any further action unless prior arrangements have been put in place.
  • Send a Panic alert. Under serious threat circumstances, Panic sends a single SOS message to the Security Centre to alert them that you need their help. Activating this also activates your Track me. If a Panic alert is sent, the Security Centre will contact you. If they receive no response or are concerned at your response, they will alert the authorities in your location.
  • Send a message to the Security Centre. Message hub enables the Security Centre to contact you and provide incident details and advice. Users can utilise two-way communications and Check in facilities to advice of location for and enable Security Centre to monitor in proximity to an incident. Messages can be sent to one or multiple users.
  • Activate your own personal tracker. On pressing the ‘Activate’ button your position will be sent to the Security Centre every 1 minute. You can also switch on ‘High Accuracy’ for more precision. Track me activation is totally in your control and no one can track you without your permission. Track me should only be used by prior arrangement with the Security Centre. If you have not notified the Security Centre, your location will not be routinely monitored. Panic alerts will be monitored until your safety has been confirmed.
